Remember when I got the FN Five-Seven? Well, aparently this particular firearm is unregistered with the ATF. IT HAS SERIAL NUMBERS, MAKERS MARKS, and all that typical stuff!!!

So yay. I get served a warrent to relenquish this firearm over to the police.

Talk about FURIOUS!!!!!!

You purchased the firearm new, did all your paperwork with the FFL guy, had it for a few months now, and then the ATF says it was never registered by the factory and you have to turn it in?

Because when you fill out paper work it is sent in to show its registered to you. Well this gun didnt exist technicly.

This is a real bad fuck up on FN's account. If you call FN customer seevice and tell them what happened or go to the FFL from where you bought it. They could help you or at least try to figure out what you can do. I hope you still have it or remember the serial number.

Ok here is the news. FN has to contact the ATF and obtain info on what happened. Meanwhile I am stuck in the dark with money that has been taken from me and not returned to me.
