I've always had pretty realistic dreams since I was a youngin but lately my dreams have been so intense that it almost tires me out everynight

I become very emotionally connected with the characters in my dreams. When i wake up the feelings linger well into my shower. So dream love/death/anger all of them bleed into irl

There are tons of dreams everynight. I don't get any moments of just black anymore there is always a dream going on. I end up vividly remembering 5-7 dreams per night

Some also get pretty scary and violent

my naps also started having lots of vivid dreams, even before i'm fully knocked out i can recognize dream stuff

I'm almost scared to sleep because the moment i do i'll experience an entire fucking lifetime of love and fear and sadness and adventure and honestly it is tiring me out

The only drug i've consumed in the last month was some zzquil around 2 days ago. but it started before that

Or, rather than take something to make you sleep, since I'm not much of an advocate for drugs, do something to make you tired as fuck. If you're really tired and you hit the sack, you tend to sleep like a rock.

Last night I had a dream that some girl and I owned motorcycles like these and we were racing around my city. Then we ended up going to a restaurant to eat.

After that I woke up.

I had a dream 'we' ruined somebody running for president...

He needs to buy a pink sweater with a cutout in the middle that seems to be all the rage in japan at the moment.

That way he can look girly but show off his pecs at the same time.
