So a couple months back I decided to build another computer for the main room for when I move out-into an apartment. I wanted something simple and cheap that could still run games (So an i3 with an 270x) with most of the parts purchased secondhand. My original budget was $600-700 max of $700. But then I went out on a whim and changed it to this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($235.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: ASRock H97M-ITX/AC Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard  (Purchased For $93.00)
Memory: Samsung 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1333 Memory  (Purchased For $30.00)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  (Purchased For $46.65)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 960 2GB Video Card  (Purchased For $182.00)
Case: Silverstone RVZ01B Mini ITX Desktop Case  ($89.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Silverstone 450W 80+ Bronze Certified SFX Power Supply  ($72.18 @ Amazon)
Keyboard: Apple MC184LL/B Bluetooth Wireless Mini Keyboard  (Purchased For $45.00)
Mouse: Razer Mamba 2012 Elite Wireless Laser Mouse  (Purchased For $79.99)

If you know, you know.
Is FML another type of an AMA thread?
In that case - fuck your life.

Most of the parts are going to show up over the next two weeks so I'll know then but I'm essentially loaning out the system to my friend for a couple months.

You will find out who you are not a thousand times, before you ever discover who you are. I hope you find peace in yourself and learn to love instead of hate.

having an SSD changed my life, before I used to be cranky, stressed out and sexually frustrated however after getting an SSD I am now relaxed, chilled out and happy as ever.

I have Two SSDs in my main machine and will probably clone(Backup) one of them and put it in the build but I'm unsure yet.

Because I have to repair my car or get a new one so I'm tight on money.

If it runs well that's not bad considering.

Remember, I paid a over grand for my build. You expect this to be cheap?

I would never pay 90$ for a case
The cases I like and get are amazing in terms of looks or size.  This one is a great small case.

Well you called your setup a gaming rig, and yet the primary input device is way below par.

Long live NoNolesNeckin.

Ya fuckin' ganderneck.
Giving me some idea of what I'll be going through in a few months hopefully, although it won't be so bad for me considering I need to update very very badly.

Unfortunately, I've never built nor looked much into building a PC before some I'll be a complete and total greenhorn when it comes to it. . .

Not a bad price for that one actually.

There aren't many good wireless keyboards and I use an Apple keyboard for gaming on my main rig. I hate mechanical switched and standard membrane keyboards have too large of keycaps for me to use them.

If you are located in the US the $800-1000 is the best price point for a machine but you can get an adequate one for $400-600.

I'm planning on a budget of about 1200, but that's with a monitor and a new graphics tablet as well.
