Moral Dilemma

So I have 99 problems and sadly, a bitch is one. So I have been with this girl for around 2-3 months, we work well together and we have been happy, really the only problem has been with other guys hitting on her. Around 1 month ago she confessed to me something she was lying about, she was actually a year younger than she originally had me believe. I was mad but I forgave her and we just don't talk about it, but by this time I had talked to her parents (I only mention this because it tells you that they know I exist).

Around a week ago the girl stopped talking to me (we live around 2 hours away from each other so a lot of communication is through FB), I started getting worried but out of nowhere she sent me a message saying she couldn't talk, another day or 2 with no response and she started explaining. Her parents took her phone and most access to talk to me, because they didn't want her to be with an older guy, so later in the conversation she told me they set her up with another guy who was closer to her age, and she ended up enjoying the first date. I appreciated her honesty but I was still upset.

She told me she still loves me, and she wants to be with me but she's afraid that she cannot keep me happy in this current state. I told her I am fine if she stops seeing this other guy, and this is where it got more complicated, she told me this guy is a family friend and he is head over heels for her and she doesn't like hurting people, but I had to draw the line somewhere and I told her that it's him or me. It was at this point her parents came home and she had to go, so we haven't really figured it out yet.

After she went I started talking to my best friend (also female) who knows everything about our relationship and she told me to cut it off with the girl (my best friend was never really a fan of how she treated me and thought of her as manipulative). I told her I couldn't and that I cared too much to just end it and leave her in the dust. At this point she proposed a deal, we would hang out and while hanging out she would block the girl, and after that we could spend some "quality time" together. I haven't had sex in around a year so in the heat of the moment I agreed. This is all supposed to happen tomorrow and I am really not sure what I should do. Should I go through with it? Should I cancel and keep trying with the girl? Or should I move to bel-air and become the fresh prince?
