Batman Forever at least pretended like it wanted to be a proper film. It had pretensions to quality, coming directly off the back of Batman Returns as it did. But at that point in the 90's... well, you know.

I understand. I think they hinted at a squeul or something with the Russians being on Mars, but I doubt it'll ever be made.
