People's bodies work different than othersIt seriously is as simple as cutting down the portions, sugar, and refined carbohydrates - with a little bit of willpower to turn away food. The weight will literally fall off you. Not to mention there are ways to speed up and slow down your metabolism. If you're currently overweight, then your metabolism should be extremely fast because of the amount of food you process daily.
