Not necessarily. As someone who was naturally blond for most of my life I can confirm that natural blonds can also have dark eyebrows

fair point, and it's mostly head canon, but the industrial themes and bleach-blonde ash style she's going for make me think it's dyed that way

very rarely do people have THAT blonde hair with dark eyebrows

yeah but that almost makes it worse for me, because it means she voluntarily chose to have an inferior hair color

nothing is more attractive to me than being able to rock what you were naturally given—a natural blonde is ultimately more attractive to me than someone who dyed it to be blonde

also smoking is one of my biggest turnoffs

which is putting it lightly—it's more of an absolute dealbreaker

i just remembered we're talking about a cartoon though

it's also fan art, she's never seen smoking in the entire series

it's just part of that industrial aesthetic the show was known for
