Because it involves someone they actually care about on the other side, UFC. Same when Mayweather and Pacquiao fought. The two most prolific/high tier boxers FINALLY going head to head after years of shit talking. Basically to put it in easier terms for you, it's like the Super Bowl of boxing really. I'm not so sure. It's easy to watch, much more media exposure, better structured under one name, etc. I'm sure more than a few have.
