In all seriousness OP give me your Heightweight age goalsAnd put a pic of your body or pm me(pic is optional lol) and i'll assist you
It really depends where you're at now OP. Do you have a lot of fat to lose or are you low body fat looking to put on muscle?

Yeah bruh you're not going to build a lot of muscle in a month, and since I'm guessing you have no experience you probably won't build any in that time. It takes a while for people to get into a workout routine and you only really start putting on muscle when you start upping your weight or reps. But I'll say you can probably clean bulk which would let you stay cut while trying to build muscle. That's the best you can probably do and it's a little complicated. It's diet more than anything. I need a little more info though.

It's not impossible, it just takes a fuck load of drive. In the gym everyday and shit, I'm sure you know the drill.Though, that was before I became a vegan where meat was still an option, lol.

That's more than steroid users make. It was likely a combination of muscle, glycogen, water weight, and fat.

Alright I can tell by this alone that you don't know much about making gains, which is alright since everyone starts from scratch.
You didn't gain 15 lb of muslce, period.
And if you're in the gym everyday you're probably overdoing it and just going catabolic.
The key to building muscle is to keep the reps low, weight high, and to recover.

I never used to work out, as my gymnastics background took care of my physicality pretty well. When I stopped doing that I lost a lot of weight, so I thought I'd make up for it at the gym.I mean, I may not have been doing it right. But I got decent results.QuoteYou didn't gain 15 lb of muslce, period. No, I misspoke. 15 lbs gained, not pure muscle.QuoteAnd if you're in the gym everyday you're probably overdoing it and just going catabolic."Every day" being every week day, with mild jogging and push-ups on the weekends.QuoteThe key to building muscle is to keep the reps low, weight high, and to recover.Yup, that's what I was doing.
Work out for at least an hour a day (4 times a week, or more) and consume something like 150 more calories a day than you normally would.
Make sure you take recovery days Don't fucking slam 6 days a week at the gymLet your muscles rest and grow Recovery sucks but I'd rather kill myself than lose my gainz Oh and do your researchMake sure you read up on proper form and etiquette
