As you can see, it starts with D7sus4 for four measures, then moves on to F7sus4 for four measures, and then repeating.

The bridge is Eb7sus4 for four measures, followed by Db7sus4 for four measures, taking us nicely back up to the A section (D7sus4 and F7sus4).

Upon completion of the final A section, the form repeats.
