For the second problem:

7 days for 4 workers, so if you take 4*7 you get the amount of days it takes for one robot to complete the task. If you take that amount and divide it by the amount of days you want it to be completed in you should get the amount of robots needed.

Yeah, so is 9x9, or 10x2, but both of those need to be taught in order for someone to solve them. If they don't know what they are, then they cannot solve them. This is the same. You must know the techniques, but you don't have to be good at them. They're not measuring your abilities, they're measuring your knowledge and understanding.

divisivility rules:
A number is divisible by 6 if it's divisible by 2 and 3. It's also divisible by 9 if the sum of the numbers is divisible by 9 (1+8).
