/r/dankmemes is NOT a "censoring" subreddit. We do not remove posts simply because it's mean. There are incredibly questionable subreddits all over Reddit and the content of those places are about 400x worse then the context of this meme.
This is dankmemes and we have every kind of meme under the sun. If this triggers you, there are countless other meme subs available for your use which can be found using Reddits search function.

In effect, it pushes out poor people (and thus disproportionately affects blacks and other ethnic minorities).

I wouldn't be doing my due-diligence if I didn't also point out that the left habitually misrepresents racism, and instead paints it as a specter of evil white men. It isn't. It is, however, an unintended effect of quite a bit of legislation. It is almost always not because white people regard black people as inferior, but because populations are inherently unequal and white people happen to be the wealthy majority to black peoples' poor minority.

They certainly aren't being affected by gentrification
Gentrification affects people along economic lines, not racial lines

The problem with arguing effect over intent is that legislation affects people by economic status, location, ect but never by identity
But the left keeps pushing identity politics so that may change soon
