Go to sleep around 5 am, wake up from anywhere between 9 am to 2 pm. Only can really sleep at night is with a shit ton of sleeping pills.

During the week I wake up at 7:30 am and go to sleep at 11pm
During the weekend I can go to sleep whenever I want but I have to be out of bed before 10am.
I think that a healthy sleep cycle is as important as a healthy diet.

The minor narcolepsy makes things hard.

But during the week, I wake up at 6am and go to bed at 9pm. Fridays and the weekends, I wake up at whatever time I wake up at, because I go to bed at like 4am.

Days off can differ from the two, that  being said, most days I'm forcing myself.

Sleep time is anywhere from 12 - 2 am

Hows your sleep schedule?
It was atrocious, now it's kinda alright. I mean for years it was utter shite, but now it's kind of stabilised through a lot of effort.

If its bad, how did it become that way?
Sleep deprivation on a 10 year old for 2 years tends to fuck your circadian sideways.

Any plans on fixing it anytime soon?

Health issues keeping you from having a good nights sleep or just staying up for video games/internet?
Yeah, long term insomnia courtesy of answer #2. Now I have sleeping tablets (Have done for the last year or so, probably two now actually) which help knock me the fuck out at night, but it's not really a KO it's more of a 'slowly get less and less coherent until you are a drooling mess and pass out' effect. Hence some of my more... eccentric posts later at night >_>

When I was young my parents woke up around 4am to get ready for work and would drop me and my sister off at our grandparents house. My grandpa would let me stay up rather than go back to sleep since I never wanted to.

After high school I got a job (some of the weebs will remember the details) that required crazy hours. Everything from 15 hr work days to random surprise night shifts and constantly being on call.

Been fucked ever since. Occasionally I'll get it sorted for a month where I wake up at 5am and go to bed at 9-10pm, but it usually doesn't last long. Probably a bit genetic as well since neither my old man or his dad sleep/slept well.

Mines kinda random. Sometimes i get a long sleep and other times i dont sleep.

Anti deps really fucked it up further with no changes to my mentality...not taking those anymore though.

If I'm not here, I'm doing photography. Or I'm asleep. Or in lockdown. One of those three, anyway.

The current titlebar/avatar setup is just normal.
I have a terrible natural sleep cycle - If I haven't got lectures or anything that needs me at 9am, I'll wake up between 11am - 1pm and stay awake for as late as 3am.

I put this down to staying up for a late night on Plug.DJ or catching up on some TV series which then starts this late wake/sleep cycle perpetually. Once I have lectures to go to or something important to do, I'll get up for that time (usually 7am, alarm assisted) and then try and stay awake to at least 12am, which eventually the lack of sleep builds up and I might nap for a few hours on the weekend which can mess the cycle up a bit.

For example, right now I've just woken up from a 4 hour sleep (4-8pm) after doing a fieldwork course that kept me awake from 7am - 1am for a week.

I don't have any reason to go to sleep at a certain time or wake up at a certain time, besides Wednesday nights/Thursday morning because of College.
I don't have a job currently, so besides College one day a week, I don't have a schedule.
