Probably more then slightly, but I'll ask anyway.

After driving around with the top off I looked at the sky quite a bit. It's been a fairly clear day with little to no clouds.

My question is, do clouds disperse/thin out and fade away, or do they constantly move at the size they are (meaning they go around the earth).

I feel like I probably know the answer and it's probably as simple as the evaporation cycle, but just so I'm not sitting here thinking the wrong thing I thought I'd ask and see where it goes.

They change shapes based on the environment they're around. There are different types of clouds, and a good number of them behave differently. I've forgotten most of the names, but we had to spend about 2 months in flight school studying weather patterns.

Do they ever totally dissipate?

What type of clouds are you talking about? A cumulonimbus dissipates by rainfall.

Some clouds contain more ice crystals over water molecules. Depending on the height and amount of moisture, some clouds tend to remain clumped over a longer period of time.
