the one true God is Doctor Doom and we should all be worshiping him.

I also don't trust this forum's judgement. I mean, we only just introduced strict moderation. What does that tell you.The moderation has been more strict in the past at times, particularly in Rocket's case this is what helped fry his ass to a nice golden-brown. In one instance that I can recall, RC and some other user were joking around in a thread where the title/OP called RC out(at the time making threads calling out other users was generally forbidden). The other user got bannu'd by Rocket(maybe RC was given a warning, can't recall), at which point RC and maybe some other users complained about Rocket being "no fun allowed" and generally bad at his position. I'm sure there were other cases, but there was so much drama and idiocy on this site at the time I can't remember.TBlocks was also in charge of the Sep7agon plug.dj room which a bunch of people hated on him for in there, can't really remember why. He was also upgraded from Monitor to mod for a while, I don't recall him enjoying it, and he didn't keep the position either.RC wasn't ever involved in anything that happenedWho was it then? Ember or Nexus?CISHuh, thanks, didn't remember that.holy fuck you confused me with cis?that's fucking low dude

I think Jocephalod (or however you spell it) would make a good mod
Goji, Korra, and Fruit are some of the chillest members on this site. I think they'd be pretty good.Though on the other hand Goji only shows up every half-year or so and I've had maybe two conversations with Fruit, but still.

I'd like to see Jocephalopod replace Cheat tbh fam.
oh wait, that's probably why inglorious thinks he'd be a good modbecause he wouldn't ban anyoneas a high school freshman, he probably thinks the definition of a "good teacher" is one who never gives homework and always has the class watch movies and cool documentaries and shitmakes sense
It probably doesn't help when you seem to take a hit to your honor whenever he posts why he thinks you'd be bad.

and it just sounds like a disaster to any right-minded individual.

I'm going to be blunt, here.Verbatim's obvious temper issues, and an apparent desire to religiously enforce to the rules if given power, would be liabilities. Combine that with a lack of understanding of the basic unwritten rules of governing a forum and it just sounds like a disaster to any right-minded individual.

It isn't because of his temper, it's because he has to explain things to people many, many, many times. Which I sort of get. And if it's a problem for a mod to have a desire to enforce rules given the power he has then there likely is a problem with the way the rule is written and not with the individual enforcing them.

Do we even need more mods? Or are we just measuring e-peens?
