Yup

Moderating humans requires moderators to make best guesses and judgement calls. People find loopholes in the rules relentlessly, which is why you need to be able to use the spirit not the letter of the rules.

Recon's post/PM was perfectly fine, but it wouldn't surprise me if this was simply bungie looking for any excuse to axe him.
