Just a guess, I had an old coat (Not milsurp though, just a regular one) that had those buttons and they were for attaching a hood. Might be something like that.

believe it o4 not, but people like collecting camo.Not only that, that milsurp tends to be pretty high quality shit. Especially the combloc stuff.

Yup, only notable and definite exception I can think of is that most arbeit uniform pants came missing the right pocket liner. Good pants otherwise though. Dirt cheap too.
