Was it the girl from The Ring movies, except with glowing red eyes and instead of legs, it would have arms and legs all around her torso, which she would use to run across the floor with them rotating over her head and back down in front of her quickly with an almost gliding like motion with the noise of each of her many extremities hitting the ground coming in quick succession. All doing this while letting out an ear-shattering scream as she runs towards you.
