I enjoyed it a lot. Keaton was actually good as the Vulture, it's about time they actually got an interesting villain for one of these films. I thought Tom Holland did a good job at portraying an actual teenaged Peter Parker AND a teenage Spider-Man.
One thing, though. There are two points in the movie where Peter has to leave somewhere to go do heroic Spider-Man stuff. I get it, it's part of his character having to balance the two. I think it would have been much better if he had actually stayed at the first party and later realized the consequences of staying, which would have really hammered home the theme of responsibility and made the scene of him leaving prom that much better.
Unfortunately the film didn't have many 'wow' moments to match the ending scene of Spider-Man 1, or the train scene of Spider-Man 2. The scene that really stood out to me though, was when he was trapped under the rubble after Vulture brings down a roof on him. He actually calls for help. Yeah he may be a superhero, but he's a fucking kid. He's vulnerable, he's calling out for someone that isn't there. I really liked that scene. Of course it was followed by a total cheese moment, but still it really stood out to me.
Also I would have liked to have seen some shots of him swinging through the city, but I guess he's still just the friendly NEIGHBOURHOOD Spider-Man.
