Not gonna go into details, but some stuff happened with my father and my mother(who are divorced). Beginning a huge fight, right in front of me, and my mother saying "you better hire an attorney".

So i'm in a pretty shitty mood, and laying on a tear stained pillow(yes i'm a crybaby) i'll answer your questions to not have to think about it.

You should probably not post these types of experiences on this forum in particular.

I just need a distraction, and luckily this site sucks the life out of you.

I used to get very sad about my parents fighting until I got older and more annoyed and angry by how pathetic and foolish it was. They didn't separate until I was 20 but I wished for them to long before that.

I'd wish you a happy birthday, but I'd say it's a little past that. It seems your parents' relationship is on the rocks. The important thing is to not internalize it. They're people, same as any other, and they're acting selfish right now. It's not your fault. Know that. I went through pretty much the same thing at 13, and unfortunately, my kids went through it at two. Best thing you can do is talk to them, let them know how you feel and let them realize what they did today.
