They don't but you can certainly tell icelanders from tourists, not just by the clothes/demeanour but they have some pretty distinctive appearance.

It is a bit of a concern over there from what I remember, and partly why they take such enthusiasm in family trees/genealogy so they can avoid marrying relatives and the like.
