No, it is a celebration of a beneficial byproduct of evolution. There is no shame in enjoying pleasurable sensation when you eliminate the moral evils involved with it. Because sex is so enjoyable, and because pleasure is an objective good to most living things ( in the absence of negative effects associated ), it is not a disgusting, wrong, or objectionable thing.
The fact it is a primal pleasure does not make it objectionable either. All thing are primal pleasures.
