Years ago when I started with all this self improvement and lifting it came from a place of deep insecurity. Now that I’m a older and have dealt with a lot of that mentally, this drive to grow isnt to cover up insecurity but instead is a huge source of the fulfillment in my life. It also fills that weird existential void that lingers in the background of everything. In a way I’m actually stuck doing this for life, I can’t NOT improve or I feel miserable and almost like I’m suffocating

whats your workout routine? I've been out of my regular routine for a few months now. was hitting the gym daily for most of the year till this past semester.

also, my goal for this year is to get a nice set of defined abs. whats your ab/core workout routine? ive struggled with my core for a while, and tbh havent given it the attention i should.
