Jackie holding a baby is slightly more powerful than Jackie holding vases, BUT the second Jackie doesn't want any trouble.

If the baby gets hurt or the any vase breaks then that Jackie loses, but neither Jackie can target the vases or baby

Neither Jackie can set down the vases/baby

I'm gonna say Baby Jackie, since babies are a bit more durable than vases. You could drop a baby off a coffee table, but not a vase.
