ITT: Trains.

As a kid, I was really interested in them. I dunno why, I just was.

My favorite Locomotive is the Victorian Railways C Class, probably because it was the first Model train I owned, and it was pretty sweet.

I was also a fan of the J Class Steam Engine, but only ever saw it in Magazines or on a Video.

I'd like to operate my own Miniature Railway or something one day. I know you Americans have a relatively large Heritage with Railways, Post ITT if you have some form of interest in Trains.

I had a really big model train set as a kid.
Like, a big oval and another inside it and some multi-track connections
And styrofoam stations and little people and trees and stuff
And i'd run a bunch of trains around it. I had one that was like, a modern freight liner, and one that was like an old steam locomotive, and some others, and one that was like, an old hand cart with two dudes pushing on a lever like in the old cartoons.

I think I still have some Lionel stuff in the boxes... somewhere in this house...

My Dad has a big collection of Model Trains, as well as a drawer for the components, and a Platform in the Garage to run them on. He hasn't used it since like 2002 which is a pity.

Not really interested in model trains, but I really want to get into working on scale models of tanks, planes, and sci-fi ships. Regarding the latter, sometime this week I'm going to start painting, and then weathering, a 1/72 scale TIE Fighter and TIE Advanced (Vader's TIE).

When I was a kid I also had a great interest in trains. When ever one goes by my house I went outside to look at it going by. Today I lost that interest but I still have some amount remaining. The train I think is the coolest are those Big Boy ones due to their size and looks. What looks cool about them is that they look like they but two locomotives together.
