The Correct Century is the BEST AU timeline, and makes all Gundam timelines somewhat canon to its lore. Also, the overall story is maximum comfy.

Stargate Universe is good too. Only 2 seasons and it got canned on a cliffhanger but... people say it has BSG vibes which you should also watch.

Mandalorian ain't in there either.

Farscape - Ben Browder from the later series of SG1 was in this as the protag. Astronaut gets sent to another part of the universe where there's a lot of australian accent aliens with a fetish for bdsm clothes. Actually quite good! Difficult to find legitimately so the high seas are your best bet here.

Starcraft 1, best sci-fi and political war drama you'll ever need.

Ignore Starcraft 2's story because its nothing but terrible fan fiction. Nova's story is good though.
