Also, tipping should be absolved because it plagues the consumer and damages the market.
I used to be a waiter and a large portion of my income came from tips, I never paid any taxes on it and it kept the price of a meal very high.

First off you just admitted to a federal crime: not paying taxes on your tips...
Secondly most servers either don't pay taxes on tips or their company includes 15-20% (average tip) of taxes for your tips that's why most servers get very little to no pay checks.

The minimum wage for servers is $2.15 an hour in America.

Also America is amazing because they pay supervisors $10 an hour which is about $1.50 more than regular employees. Gotta love America...
