I will find root meaning of your real name, make it into an Native American-style name, and then simplify it using synonyms in the language it's meaning is rooted in as much as I can, then translate it into a language of your choosing.

For example my name is Michael Scott.
Michael comes from Mikha'el in Hebrew, which means "one who is like god"
Scott comes from Scoti in Latin, which means Gaelic Speaker.
Mikha'el in Latin is Micum, which means "Enemy" likely due to anti-semetic and anti-christian sentiments in Rome during the early Imperial era.

Scoti Micum, means literally "Enemy of The Gaelic Speakers"
Translated from Latin to Japanese it is スコットランドの敵, Romanized as Sukottorando no teki.

Because when Romanizing Japanese names though you also Westernize the order of names, Teki no Sukottoando is the appropriate romanization.

Sukottorando no teki means:
•Scotland's Enemy
•A Little Squirrel

Another (much more) Riveting Tale
I did one of my friend's name into Arabic whose surname is one that only 55 people in the world have.
It turns out to have been a word which had been passed through many languages, and has the same root as the relatively modern word Algol, the "Demon Star", a binary star discovered some time around 1,200 BC.
You may know the Soul Calibur character Algol.
Algol is an Anglicism of Al-Ghul, meaning "the ghoul" or "the Demon" which is also the root of his surname.

Originally, he wanted his name in Japanese, but given this fact he said he wanted it in Arabic.
His given name has a root meaning of Priest.
So his "Native American" name is "Priest of the Ghoul" (or "Priest of the Demon") which in Arabic is كاهن الغول, Romanized to Kahn Al-Ghul.
Another Romanization is Kahin Alghawl, but why would you use that one?

If the name you get is in another alphabet, I will give you the native and the Romanized versions.
If your name ends up in the order Family Name - Given Name instead of Given Name - Family Name I will give you both orders.

Interesting, I've always wanted to know more about Nguyen.

Behind the Names
Your first name, David, is Hebrew meaning "Beloved" or "Uncle".
This does not really mean Uncle in the English sense, in the Hebrew sense it is a patriarch who is not your father.

I'm going with Beloved, if you want me to change it before the final translation, just let me know.

Nguyen is a Romanization of the Vietnamese transliteration of the Chinese surname 'Ruan', which means simply "a person from Ruan".

Ruan was a state in the Shang Dynasty, now it is a small section of the Province Gansu, named as a combination of the words Ganzhou and Suzhou.

Ganzhou was named for a word meaning sweet waters.
Suzhou was the seat of Jiuquan.
Juiquan literally means "Alcohol Springs" named for a Chinese myth.

Therefore, David Nguyen mean "the beloved from sweetwater and from alcohol springs"
In Chinese 心爱的人从甜心和醇泉.
Romanized as Xīn'ài de rén cóng tiánxīn hé chún quán

Translated back into English to get your final "Native-American" name:
Beloved Person from a Mellow Sweetheart

Pick any language and I will condense your name down into three or less words in that language (yours is going to be a chore), and organise it to be Westernized and Romanized.

What Language do you want your new name to be?
In Egyptian
Behind the Names
Socrates is a combination of greek words which together literally mean "The Unwounded Power"
Brito comes from Old French meaning "Breton"

The Unwounded Power from France

Lets simplify, then go into Greek before going to Egyptian.

"Native-American": Breton with Absolute Power

Greek: Γαλλικό Δεσπότη
Romanized: Gallikó Despóti

The National Language of Egypt is Arabic

Arabic: الأسقف الفرنسية
Romanized: Al'asqaf Alfaransia
Westernized: Alfaransia Al-Asqaf
Literal Meaning: French Bishop

Behind the Names
Das has skipped the first step, so we're going straight to condensing.

Poetic Ocean God
I happen to know Das' surname is of German origin and his given name is of Welsh origin.
Since Ocean God is the subject of the name, we are going into Welsh instead of German before Serbian.

Welsh: Duw y Môr Barddonol
Literally: God of the Sea and Poems

Serbian: Поетски Бог Мора
Westernized Cyrrilic: Бог Мора Поетски
Romanization: Poetski Bog Mora
Westernization: Bog Mora Poetski
Literally: Poetic God of The Sea

Vien
In what language?

Latin I guess
A mononym, this should be good.
Behind the Name
Vien is Vietnamese, brought there from France.
It borrows from the French word Vienne, which literally means someone from Vienna.

The name Vienna originates from Vindobona, the name of a military camp in Gaulish meaning "The White Base"
or "The White Fort", which was the first settlement built where modern Day Vienna stands.

Therefore, Vien means "One from the White Fort"
Gaulish: Oinos es e Vindo Dunum

Gaulish was supplanted by Vulgar Latin.
Vulgar Latin: Unum ab Castellum Albus

Vulgar Latin later by Hungarian
Hungarian: Az egyik Fehér Vár

None of these matter though, I'm just letting you know how we're getting where we're going.
In modern Hungarian, the Gaulish definition of the Vietnamese word Vien is this:
Katona-ből a Sápadt-erőd
Literally: Soldier from the Pale Fortress
Latin: Arcis Lucratus
Literally: The Pale is Won

Alternatively: Arcis Delenitor
Literally: Winner of The Pale

You don't know the half of it.

Beloved by a gentle lover is a further simplification of the phrase, but not quite far enough.
From there we go to one of two gentle lovers.

After going through Lao, just to get the same message with fewer words, we're at the literal confluence of tender love.

then we finally have Japanese, and the finished product

Japanese: 柔らかさ合流
Romanized: Yawaraka-sa Gōryū
Literally: Combination of Softness

Which really hits all the key points of the phrase "Xīn'ài de rén cóng tiánxīn hé chún quán" without all the extra words.

Behind the Names
Jacob is an anglicism of the Hebrew Ya'aqobh, meaning, "The Supplanter"
Hebrew: יעקובה

Stokes comes from Old English (stochas) and became Stoke at the advent of Middle English, the s at the ended was intermittently added by different families.

Literally the name refers to the trunk of a tree.
Hebrew: גֶדֶם

"Native American": Replaces Trees
Hebrew:מחליף עצים
Literally: Replaces Trees

Russian: Заменить деревья
Romanized: Zamenit' Derev'ya
Literally: Replace Trees

Not everyone is interesting, sorry buddy.
