He actually called Microsoft support to install a program suite, where you literally have to click next all the way through until you get to the end of the wizard to have it on your computer. And now he's posting about it in an irrelevant forum full of irrelevant people. And now some asshole is providing obvious commentary on his post because he has the common decency to put shit in perspective for me because I'm a fucking moron for not realizing this guy in the OP is a fucking moron too.

I actually only had to click "download now" and then it would install on it's own. Which it never did because broken.

Took tech support 6 hours to fix the issue, and they gave me the whole program for free as compensation. My textbook only gave me a 180 day trial.
