I actually fixed it once, but it breaks the Ad window, which is not something I'm willing to do because I actually support this site.

In fact, that's the way it was originally, but I found it unacceptable.

Anyway, If you want to set the background to a certain colour, its fairly easy.
Just dig around in the most basic layer of elements until you find the right one.
