It's breaking my heart

I've been really hurting for money and struggling to find a job to make ends meet. So, I have to sell my old pickup truck. Assuming all goes right, today will be the last day I ever see it. It hurts to think about and I have no clue how I am going to fare when I wake up tomorrow and I don't see it anymore. This hurts worse than every breakup I've gone through. It's like losing an old friend more than anything.

How do you deal with these feels?

Nah, but thanks for the offer. I don't want to take handouts. Selling the truck bought me some time, but I doubt that I'll ever have one like it. Entirely too much sentimental value to ever be replaced.
