Flawed.

It is more effective to go over their answers with them and tutor them so they do not fail again.
Then they feel better, and the problem is solved.

Dunno if it's the most solid advice because I know sometimes things and people are delicate. I was taught that your feelings and personal beliefs don't matter when it comes to being wrong. The truth is the truth no matter how ugly it is or how upset it makes you.

But you can feel free to try and comfort people if they find out that they're wrong and upset about it. Everybody makes mistakes and sometimes when we learn that we've made one it can mess us up, depending on the scope of it.
