Is 98 horsepower enougth?

At the end of March I'm going to be getting a new vehicle which will most likely by the 2016 Chevy Sonic(Gotta go fast). When I was searching for vehicles today and I came across the 2016 Chevy Spark which has 98hp. I was wondering if this thing would be able to handle the hills that are in my area. I rarely go up them, but they are about as steep as the one in this image. Would 98hp be doable or should I get the sonic which has around 130hp?

I don't have many options for the price range I'm looking at which at max is $17,000. For what I would spend on a decent used car I would be better off getting new due to the warranty benefits. If it makes you feel better I almost got this.[/ur]

But anyway.... Had a Chevy Sonic as a rental car when I took a vacation in Texas. It's not horrible, as far as ecoboxes go and the hatch actually had a decent enough bit of space for our luggage. Final gearing is tall, so you're not being screamed at by the motor at interstate speeds. Just don't expect to fly past anyone.

Try it while having speed built up and from stop .

Well yeah. You don't go in to the new car market without expecting to piss away money and lose your ass when it's time to resell.

But to some people factory warranties make it "worth it". I like to call them crazy still.

New car warranties are annoying. My friend bought a brand new RAM and about 2 months later he heard a severe rattle and ticking noise under the hood. He brought it to the dealership here and they diagnose the Fazer have gone. They would not cover it under warranty. They consider it a wearable part. My friend said the hell with that and drove 20km to other Chrysler dealership.

They covered it under warranty cause it's not a wearable part.
