So I was watching Neighbours and I noticed Piper called another girl a skank which got me thinking is it 'acceptable' for girls of such age to use? would you be ok if you heard your daughter, niece or sister call someone else that / get called that?

I've never really taken insults to heart, whether they be aimed my way or I just overhear conversation, but I wouldn't neccessarily call it appropriate.

But, it's a sure thing that when kids discover the magic taboo of swearing, no matter how much you're against it as a parent or a person, you can't really stop them from saying what they feel like once you're not on the premises.
