Various Courage the Cowardly Dog episodes. Everytime the King Ramses episode was on, I'd change the channel to something else until the episode was finished. The "You're not Perfect" abomination was also creepy and the violin-playing monster-thing that Courage thought was just a normal girl.

When I was younger I'd always fall asleep watching Cartoon Network, and every once and a while I'd make up in the middle of the night while Adult Swim was on. Some of there programs scared the shit out of me.
