I hate the prequels as much as the next guy, but I've always loved the droideka's design. Just the way they fold up and roll around is just too cool. I would only play as the droids in Battlefront just so I could be a droideka.

Can someone honestly explain to me why the KOTOR series was deemed "not canon"?Seriously, the stories are good and The Old Republic is so detached from the movies it doesn't affect anything.

Officially, the KotOR games are non-canon, but as I said previously, the Lucasfilm story group has said that because they're so disconnected from the rest of Star Wars, until they're contradicted there's nothing wrong about the fans considering them to be canon.
