I'm hoping that they showed an unfinished version of the episode to screeners to avoid the identity of the victim being leaked. They have said that multiple versions of the final scene have been filmed.

The spoilers don't add up with what the actors are saying about feeling "physically sick" about the finale or "dropping their script" because of what happens.

It's also fishy that these spoilers have been leaked two weeks before the episode airs. Normally they leak a day or two before.

In the leaked clip Negan whacks the victim and it cuts to black, then a few seconds later it fades back into the scene. It's possible that that's the extra part the screeners weren't shown.
