Energy basically solves, or should allow us to solve relatively simply, everything else listed, so i'mma go with that.

Hydroponics would be cheap af with this level of efficiency
Shit would mean the power draw needed for desalination isn't a problem and now everyone in an underdeveloped nation near the ocean was clean as fuck water to drink.
Shit would let us create better telecommunications infrastructure more easily.

The angel agreed to trade a set of white wings for the head of another demon. Overjoyed, the demon killed one of his own and plucked the head right off its still-warm body.
