Age FX or any of the Hi-Nu Gundams, if you're looking at HGs.  The old MG Hi-Nu Gundam looks lanky like this, but you'll have better luck with HGs, especially the Build Fighters stuff

unless you're up for some customizing

How much effort would a kitbash be. Something like puting Unicorn Gundam's head on a Hi Nu. I've actualy only ever done one model kit, and that one was Macross.

you could try the transient gundam too
transient gundam

but customizing isn't too hard, the two main issues are cost and that kits aren't always compatible.  if you look up specific kits, 1999.co.jp has the instructions to every kit, so you could look at how the heads are built.  I'm not an HG person, but I know a lot of them use standardized polycaps, so swapping things out shouldn't be hard.

SEED and Unicorn MGs have a few that follow what you're looking for, I'd suggest checking HobbyLinkJapan under those criteria.
