Make upvotes and downvotes important again. One downvote brings you down a rank, and one upvote is nice

By having a like button we encourage human behaviour, but if we changed it to a Haha button we could show appreciation for funny content.

Also, remove mods by making everyone a mod. Remove the ability to delete things though
