I want to eat some venison. But I don't know if I can find it in any stores. Most people around here just hunt if they want deer, so the stores don't really stock it.

Also I will have to be sneaky because my mom gets pissed at any kind of non-mainstream meat. "Awww da poor babby deeeeers".

Anyway, discuss meat ITT.

I have some vegetarian roast in the fridge. So much better than meat, without all the gross chewy tendons and bits of gristle and stuff.

Leaner, a tad gamey.
You gotta mix the ground with pork fat for sausage or else there's not much to the filling.
