Ingestion of soy is not an adequate replacement for HRT unfortunately. More seriously though, I have no idea why this obsession with soy having at all similar effects to human estrogen came from, but it's just another example of the alt-rights disregard for actual science.

Maybe you should just drink Red Bull because it contains Bull sperm (MAXIMUM TESTOS) and inject Steroids (EXTREME MAXIMUM TESTOSEROS) to balance out your soy diet.

That is another thought I've had... if what the police visits to school about drug awareness have taught/put the fear in me, Steroids ramp up your testosterone and estrogene matches it, then when you go cold turkey the test goes down but the estrogen stays up (because it was naturally produced, or something), so if you artificially ramped up your Estrogen (with whatever bullshit food they claim), wouldn't that do the opposite if you stopped i.e. ramp up your testosterone?

It can't be that half baked and simple as that, can it?

different cultures my dude, but i'll try to give a little insight anyway. the soy is provided if you want to put a little bit on the fish, but nothing else. dunking your sushi in the sauce is like saying "your cooking is so shit that i have to drown it in salt for it to be edible" for them. Even if you enjoy it like that, it's not going to be taken that way by the nip chefs.
