Rape is already seen as a horrible crime where an accusation can ruin a person entire reputation and have lasting effects. Last time I checked abortion is legal and most people against it are pro life women who have free will and are not controlled by some omnipotent omnipresent patriarchy/unfalsifiable God and domestic violence is already biased against men with primary agressor laws that have police arrest the man even when he is the one who called.
