I'm guessing this is more an american thingPolice here (in my experiences) don't give a shit if you're 1 or 100 over the limit. You're still breaking the law.
Sign says 45, so you go 45.

In California if you're not going 5-10 mph over the speed limit then you're doing it wrong. You can also expect other drivers to road rage in your general direction.

Today's drive went surprisingly well. Real confidence-booster for me. I drove down a major highway, with other cars on it, for the first time in my life. I practiced lane changes, and I improved on my hand-over-hand steering while making turns. There was a spot where I had to use a newly-installed roundabout, but I kinda fucked it up a little bit. Going 45 or 55 isn't actually that bad at all. Going 25 sucks, though, because it seems more difficult to maintain that speed for some reason. On Monday, we'll practice some parking techniques.
see we told you you'd be fine Do you have to parrallel park where you're from? They just removed that from the test here

over the past seven or so months, i've been practicing my driving with the aid of my parentsnow that they've pretty much taught me everything they know, i decided in the middle of june that i was gonna start taking an actual class, to get my official license and whatnotso, within the next two weeks, i hope to become a licensed driverama

This is why you should always go 5mph faster than the listed speed limit.YouTube
