I failed my test five times for the most stupid reasons and just gave up in the end.

If your car has cruise control, don't use it in rainy/icy conditions. That's my #1 tip

Quote from: Dietrich Six on July 14, 2016, 04:18:23 PMDid you do well muh boy?i did okayi only drove around a residential area, thoughtomorrow i'll be driving down a major roadwaywhere i could easily die
I find driving down highways much less stressful than residential areasNo people walking or biking, nobody pulling out of driveways, everyone just driving in a straight line
driving at 45 isnt so bad since everyone around you is essentially the same speed as you. its like matching velocities in orbit, its all calm when everything is at the same pace, until something happens.

It's just a terrible feeling.
youre fine going at least 10 over the limit.
Quote from: Naru on July 14, 2016, 11:32:25 PMyoure fine going at least 10 over the limit. Absolutely not.
but you are. staying at a constant 45 isnt needed. going 50 in the city is fine, as it helps ease traffic congestion.

Most states have an “absolute” speed law. There is no trick to how this works: If the sign says 40 mph and you drive 41 mph or more, you have violated the law.
yea but what if a speedometer was slightly off by 1mph?
