Servants aren't these all powerful beings that nobody can kill. The adaptations make them seem this way, but they really aren't (the only one that really fits that would be a serious Gilgamesh). Tono Shiki is stated to be on the same level as Emiya Shirou and according to Nasu if they were to both fight they'd both end up dying. Ryougi Shiki is on an entirely different level than those two.
