Human rights cannot be taken away, that's the whole point. They're granted to you merely for being a human. Civil rights are granted to you by a government.Two different things.The life of the child is more important in a pragmatic sense, but both lives are still a guarantee. You can't take away a life as punishment because of something that the person did. They're still a human, and they still have a right to live.
