They're not bad for you as long as you dont drink them everyday.....ya know? like a few times/once a week.

Sugar in general ain't the best for you though. There's no daily reccommended ideal amount or intake to have. And if there was, those cans would be packing too much. Off topic, you ever check and see how much salt they put in things?

The current titlebar/avatar setup is just normal.
Soft drinks are more of a treat than a regular thing for me. Lilt is the best though.

I think having more than 1 a week is already pushing it.

I cut energy drinks and soda out of my diet a while ago.  Made a pretty big difference.

But Dr Pepper isn't so bad.  Having soda for the first time in a while is really weird, though.

I will occassionally drink a Mountain Dew, but it's not that often. I do enjoy energy drinks, but I've been on a V8 +energy drink kick recently.

Sugar isn't bad for you as long as it's the right kind of sugar and you're not consuming too much. Your brain also uses carbs/sugar as it's primary source of fuel, so it's wrong to say that you shouldn't be eating any sugar at all.

The sugar in soft drinks is fructose, which is processed by the liver instead of the brain, which means that you can drink a ton of soda without realizing that you've over-consumed. The sugar found in fruit is a combination of fructose and glucose, along with fiber. This means your brain will tell you when you've had enough sugar, and the fiber in the fruit will slow down the release of sugar into your system.

Sugar is added to a lot of things, not just drinks. That's why it's important to be eating real unprocessed foods as much as possible.

Examples of healthy sugar:
Fruit
Vegetables
Whole grains like rice
Potatoes
Oatmeal

Examples of unhealthy sugars:
Soft drinks
Pasteurized juices from concentrate
Bagels
Bread
Pasteurized milk and cheese
Muffins
Cookies
Breakfast cereals
Most packaged snack-food items

Basically if it has an ingredient list and it comes in a package, I would avoid eating it.

Stopped drinking soda over two years ago and I think I've only had one since then.

I will drink an energy drink every once in a while because I just dgaf anymore.

No not really, and it's a lot more than that. Whatever it is has given me hepatitis (not A,B, or C).
Sorry to hear that. Well all I can say is just keep doing research and try different things because some things are going to work and some aren't. You may also need to try a few different doctors until you find one that suits you best.
