I know C++, so this isn't foreign to me. It looks like you're fracking up majorly with {} brackets. Your switch ends halfway through but you still have cases.

EDIT: No, Novice appears correct. I found the opening bracket I thought you forgot.

What language is this? If it's Java, I might be able to help. If it's HTML, easy. If it's C# or C++, sorry I don't understand those. I'd need to learn them.
