At work there is this grill that I find attractive so I started talking to her for the past few days. Tomorrow I'm going to put on mah big boy pants, look her straight in the eye and say "Please go out with me." Hopefully I'm not too much of a beta bitch where she turns me down...Or I end up in the freind zone. So tomorrow if I make a thread saying something like "Why are women such assholes" you know it didn't go well.

Anyway what's some advice for asking out a grill or is there a better way to say this? "I know this is probably a little soon, but for Saturday or Sunday. Do you want to go see a movie or go to some place to get something to eat or some type of drink?"

what you need to do is remain calm and understand that you two are still just friends, and that you should ask her to hang out like you would with one of your friends. ask if she wants to go out for coffee or a bite to eat, get to know her more. usually nothing happens on the first date so don't expect anything.
